What we collect

Your email address and password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), and whatever you choose to put in your profile: display name, photo, short bio, general area, interests, the kinds of support you're interested in, and optional notes about your health experience. We also store what you post, send and report.

What we deliberately don't collect

No exact home addresses, no GPS tracking, no phone numbers, no financial details and no medical records. You are never required to disclose a diagnosis.

Health information is sensitive

Anything you share about your condition is treated as sensitive. It is only shown where you have chosen to show it, and your privacy switches in Settings control whether your bio, condition, area and interests appear on your public profile.

Who can see what

Private messages are readable only by the people in the conversation. Profile photos are stored privately and shown only to signed-in members. Moderators can review content that has been reported, so they can act on safety concerns.

Your control

You can edit or hide profile information at any time, block anyone, and delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your login and profile from the live service.

Contact
